As he talk, I just dey look my palm, the lines wey don rough from work. My mind dey far, I dey reason, "Ngozi, this na your second chance. No fall your hand." For window, early morning sun just dey break, scatter gold for my wall. I whisper inside, "Who follow goat enter market go smell yansh."

But this time, I no go be goat.

I hold my chest, swear for my spirit: This time, na my own happiness I go chase—no man, no wahala, no turning back.
